When a child from a well family background gets
all the modern value added courses like computer
literacy, and other soft skills in addition to
its core education, during her/his primary
education, in the same time a rural poor student
is far away from all these value added courses
during her/his primary as well as secondary
education. When its urban counter part is able
to compete in the future for a better living,
where as the rural counter part is not able to
compete due to lack of these value added courses
in her/his primary as well as secondary
education. This is the reason why a rural poor
student is trapped by VICIOUS CYCLE OF POVERTY.
(Please refer the image below). MD Is dedicated
to break the vicious cycle of poverty for the
economically dis-advantaged children in rural
area through its “COMPUTER LITERACY PROGRAM”
initiative. MD has started its pilot project
for2 rural schools and has planned to cover at
least 100 schools (to cover nearly 5000 students
by end of 2008)
